Training Simulators – Purchase And Delivery Of An Advanced Newborn Simulator For Icsm Uo. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of An Advanced Newborn Simulator For Icsm Uo - 1 Piece. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex 1.1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Bring A Complete And Assembled (On-Site Assembly Is Allowed) Subject Of The Order, Brand New (Without Traces Of Use), Of Full Value, Free From Material, Production And Technical Defects (With Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within The Time Specified In This Notice. If Additional Materials, Elements And Equipment Are Required For The Delivered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer. The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods At His Own Expense In A Way That Ensures Complete Integrity (Delivery Also Means Unloading, Carrying In And Assembly). The Contractor Undertakes To Place And Install The Goods In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Collect And Dispose Of The Packaging. The Order Must Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information From The Ordering Party To The Contractors. Additionally, The Contractor Is Obliged To Install, Connect And Launch The Subject Of The Order, Including Performance Control And Implementation In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Complete, I.E. It Must Have, In Accordance With The Opz, Accessories, Functions, Service, Solutions, Etc., Compatible With Each Other, Enabling Operation Within The Full Range Of Parameters. The Contractor Must Offer To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Employers Requirements Specified In The Swz And Annexes And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Offer. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Marketing Authorizations And Certificates (Including Ce Standards In Terms Of Safety - If Applicable). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver A Brand New Item Of Order (In Particular, Unrepaired, Unrefabricated, Not Exhibited, Previously Unused) From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And Compliant With The Opz - Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Specific Process Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of
