The Purchase And Management Of Ict Specialist Services Relates More Specifically To The Following Performances: - Direction: Selection And Delivery Of Ict Specialist Services Based On Time & Materials - Team: Selection And Delivery Of Ict Specialist Teams Based On Time & Materials. The Selection Of A Team From The Same Subcontractor Aims To Optimize The Operation And Execution Of A Number Of Predefined Assignments (For Example With A View To Training, Knowledge Of The Assignment, Replacement, Good Communication, Etc.). Description Of The Assignment The Service Provider Is Called “Managed Service Provider” (Msp). The Service Provider Will Use A “Vendor Management System” (Vms) Platform. The Service Provider Will Be Responsible For The Follow-Up And Reporting Of The Various Files (Search For Ict Specialists, Management And Follow-Up Of Contracts, Management Of Timesheets, Invoicing, Etc.) In Strict Compliance With Belgian Tax And Social Security Legislation.
