The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Consisting In The Preparation Of Design Documentation Together With An Investors Cost Estimate For The Task Of Expansion Of Provincial Roads No. 811 And No. 812 On The Section From The Junction Of The A2 Motorway In Biała Podlaska (In Cicibór Duży) To Ul. Jana Iii Sobieskiego In Biała Podlaska, Together With The Expansion Of The Junction With The National Road No. 2 To The Junction Collision-Free” Divided Into Tasks:  In The Administrative Area Of The City Of Biała Podlaska – Dw No. 811 From Approximately Km 38+165 To Km 38+833 And Dw No. 812 From Km 0+000 To Approximately Km 0+430 (1.098 Km);  In The Biała Podlaska Commune – Dw No. 811 From Approximately Km 37+020 To Km 38+165 (1.145 Km); And Fulfillment Of Other Benefits Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Provides For The Right Of Option In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Option Right Consists In The Possibility Of Extending The Basic Order With Additional Services To The Extent Specified In The Swz. The Option Right Will Be Exercised By Submitting A Declaration Of Will By The Ordering Party In Writing Within The Term Of The Contract. 4. The Basic Scope Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With An Investors Cost Estimate For The Task Specified In Section 1 And The Fulfillment Of Other Benefits Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Not Covered By The Option Law). 5. The Scope Of The Option Right Includes The Possibility Of Ordering Additional Services Consisting In: 1) Performing Remote Authors Supervision, 2) Performing Local Authors Supervision.
