In Order To Improve The Network Quality And The Comfort Of Local Public Transport In The City, A New Tram Connection Is To Be Created In The South Of Nuremberg, Between The “Gibitzenhof” And “Finkenbrunn” Stops. The Present Tender Documents Cover The Southern Section Of Dianastrasse Towards The South, From The Existing “Gibitzenhof” Tram Turning Loop Via Minervastrasse To The Existing “Finkenbrunn” Stop In The Area Of The Minervastrasse/Julius-Loßmann-Strasse/Finkenbrunn Intersection And Include The New Construction Of A Double-Track Tram Route As Well As The New Construction Of Two Stops, The Renewal Of The Finkenbrunn Stop And The Construction Of One Tram Turning Loop. The Existing Tram Turning Loop Will Be Abandoned. Superordinate Work (Title 1) This Title Includes Services That Cannot Be Assigned To Either Track Construction Or Road Construction. This Includes, Among Other Things, Surveying Services, Tree Protection, Production Of Temporary Solutions And Containers For The Client. Road Construction (Title 2) Dianastrasse And Minervastrasse Will Be Rebuilt Between The Existing Gibitzenhof Turning Loop And The Existing Finkenbrunn Tram Stop. The Work To Be Carried Out Essentially Includes The Construction Of The Roadways, Parking Lanes, Cycle Paths And Sidewalks, Drainage Systems And The Preparation Of The New Tree Locations. Length Of The Construction Project: Approx. 1,700 M Track Construction (Title 3) The Track Construction Includes In Particular The Following Services And All The Work Required For This: • Dismantling Of The Tracks In The Area Connecting To The Existing Gibitzenhof Turning Loop And In The Finkenbrunn Junction Area Including Dismantling Of The Slab Track And Gravel Superstructure Or Soil Excavation At The Level Of The Earth Level Of The New Superstructure. •Dismantling The Median Strip For The New Track Zone, Consisting Of Green Space Or Provisionally Created Asphalt Areas. •Transporting The Materials To Be Disposed Of To The Interim Storage Facility To Be Provided By The Contractor (Contractor). •Produce The Subgrade And Frost Protection Layer. •Provision Of The Formwork For The Demarcation Of The Slab Track From The Street Space •Delivery And Installation Of The Tracks As Shown In The Route Plan As A Slab Track Or As A Grass Track In Accordance With Lv •Production Of The Welding Joints •Production Of The Drainage Systems •Empty Pipe Routes For Cable Lines. •New Construction Of The Gibitzenhof And Minervaplatz Stops •Renewal Of The Finkenbrunn Stop
