The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Coagulation Factor Xiii Concentrate To Ensure The Continuity Of Treatment Of Patients With Factor Xiii Deficiency - Hereinafter Coagulation Factor, With The Availability Category Rp Or Rpz, To Direct Recipients Indicated By The National Blood Center (Hereinafter Nck) - Regional Centers For Blood Donation And Blood Treatment (Hereinafter Rckik), On The Terms Specified In The Content Of The Swz. 2. Total Quantity (Purchase Quantity): 180,000 Iu. 3. Proportions Of Doses In Each Delivery - In Accordance With Swz. 4. The Clotting Factor Concentrate Must Be Delivered With A Kit Enabling Its Administration. 5. When Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Purchase Of The Medicinal Product, But Not More Than By 20% Of Each Part Of The Above-Mentioned. The Subject Of The Order, If The Amount Allocated For The Execution Of The Order Is Exceeded Or If Objective And Justified Needs Arise, In Particular Changes In Patient Demand. 6. The Purchase Is Carried Out As Part Of The Health Policy Program Of The Minister Of Health Entitled National Program For The Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia And Related Hemorrhagic Disorders For 2024-2028, Which Includes Supplies Of The Above-Mentioned. Medicinal Products To Regional Blood Donation And Treatment Centers And/Or Other Entities Indicated By The National Blood Center In Warsaw. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Proceedings Or Withdraw From The Contract Without Compensation To The Contractor With Ex Nunc Effect If At Least One Of The Following Occurs. Premises: 7.1. The National Blood Center Will Not Receive Funding For The Implementation Of The Health Policy Program Titled National Program For The Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia And Related Hemorrhagic Disorders For 2024-2028 In The Expected Year Of Implementation Of The Contract, In Whole Or In Part, Allowing For The Implementation Of The Contract. 7.2. The Minister Of Health Will Decide Not To Modify The Program, Modify The Program, Withdraw From Or Suspend The Implementation Of The National Program For The Treatment Of Patients With Hemophilia And Related Hemorrhagic Disorders For 2024-2028 Or Will Change The Content Of The Program Resulting In The Deletion Of The Medicinal Product That Is The Subject Of The Order/Agreement. 8. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It. 9. Pursuant To Art. 256 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contracting Authority May Cancel The Contract Award Procedure Well Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers If Circumstances Occur That Make Further Conduct Of The Procedure Unjustified. 10.
