Software Package And Information Systems – Citizen-Oriented Digital Tree Register. 1.1 Client The Client For The Software Solution To Be Offered By The Contractor For The Introduction Of A Tree Register For The State Capital Potsdam (Lhp) Is The Lhp Represented By The Working Group (Ag 453.2) City Trees. The Software Solution Should Be Used By Employees Of The Parks Department As Well As By Commissioned Third Parties Who Are Used As Part Of The Maintenance Measures And Should Serve As A Source Of Information For Citizens. The Urban Trees Working Group Is Currently Responsible For A Tree Population Of Approximately 120,000 Trees In The City Area And Aims To Use The Software Solution To Jointly Manage The Tree Population In Other Lhp Internal Areas. 1.2 Project Objectives Using The Software Solution To Be Introduced, The Lhps Tree Population Is To Be Digitally Recorded And Mapped, Their Conditions Are To Be Documented And Measures For Their Care And Preservation Are To Be Coordinated. The Criteria For Inclusion Are Based On The Currently Valid Tree Inspection Guidelines. The Tree Cadastre Is Intended To Be The Information Center For The Digitalization Of The Processes Surrounding Tree-Related Measures And Is Based On The Citys Data As Well As Being Able To Provide Data For Downstream Processes. In Order To Make The Tree Cadastre Usable For The Lhp As Quickly As Possible And To Offer Third Parties Easy And Regulated Access To Data And To Be Able To Map Processes Beyond Administrative Boundaries, The Tree Cadastre Should Be Introduced As A Pure Cloud Solution. Cloud Solution: In Order To Enable Work To Begin As Quickly As Possible, The Tree Register Is Made Available As A Cloud Service; The Contractor Must Therefore Offer It As Software As A Service (Saas). All Necessary Applications Run On The Respective Provider’S Servers. The Basis Of The Cartography Should Primarily Be The Publicly Available Basic Maps And Orthophotos (Wms) Provided By The Lhp And, In The Long Term, The Lhp Map Services (Wms) That Are Currently Being Developed, Which The Contractor Must Integrate Into The Solution. The Background Map Is Taken From Basemap.De. The Management Of The Tree Population, The Creation, Control And Documentation Of Measures Should Take Place Exclusively Within The Software Solution. However, Interfaces For Data Migration And Connecting Other Platforms Are Required. It Must Be Possible To Export The Inventory At Any Time In A Suitable Format (See Point 2.1) In Order To Transfer The Data Into The Gis Systems And The Lhp Urban Data Platform (Udp) Systems.
