Building Construction Work – Work Concession, For The Drafting Of The Project And Project Management, Construction And Operation Of The Madrid Conference And Exhibition Palace. Within The Framework Of The Powers Attributed To It, Turespaña Has Obtained Authorization From The Council Of Ministers To Put Out To Tender The Public Works Concession Of The Madrid Congress Palace, In The Meeting Held On May 6, 2025. The Complex Will Undergo A Comprehensive Rehabilitation That Began In 2023 With The Remodeling And Expansion Work Of Building B To Become The Future Headquarters Of Onu-Tourism. The Purpose Of The New Tender Is The Public Works Concession For The Rest Of The Properties That Make Up The Complex. The Successful Bidder Will Be In Charge Of Drafting The Execution Project, Carrying Out The Works And Operating The Conference Center And Its Parking Lot For A Concession Period Of 40 Years In Exchange For An Annual Fee That Will Be Paid To Turespaña. The Concession Term Is 40 Years, Including A 48-Month Construction And Execution Project Drafting Phase. The Capex Is 105.7 Million Euros, And The Project Irr Is 7.65%.
