It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Managed Security Operations Center (Msoc). As A Financial Institution, The Investitionsbank Des Landes Brandenburg (Ilb) Is Obliged To Report Serious Ict-Related Incidents To The Responsible Authority In Accordance With Article 19 Of The Digital Operation Resilience Act (Dora). The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Based On An Existing Technical Platform For A Managed Security Operations Center Along With Optional Additional Services Such As Threat Hunting And Purple Teaming. The Ags Existing Technical Platform With Xdr And Siem (Xdr - Extended Detection And Response And Siem - Security Information And Event Management System) Represents The Basis For Collecting Security Information, Correlating It And Alerting In The Event Of Violations Of Regulations. The Contractor Must Provide Its Services In A Manner Compatible With Ilbs Existing Technical Platform With Xdr And Siem. This Technical Platform Should Be Finally Configured By The Contractor And Then Used For The Actual Managed Security Operations Center (Msoc) Service. This Includes Continuous 24X7 Security Monitoring And Additional Modules As Described In The Service Description And Deployment Evaluation Criteria. Once The Operating Phase Begins, The Contract Runs For 36 Months (Basic Term) And Ends Without Further Ado At The End Of The Last Day Of The Basic Term Or The Extension Period. The Client Has The One-Time Right To Extend The Basic Term By One Year (Extension Period). He Must Exercise This Right In Writing To The Contractor No Later Than Three Months Before The End Of The Basic Term. The Msoc Service Must Comply With Market Standards. In Addition To The Basic Exclusion Criteria, Further Requirements For The Msoc Service Are Defined To Ensure Seamless Integration Into The Clients Existing It Infrastructure.
