About 1,000 People Work In The Subsidiaries Of The City Of Vantaa (Vav Yhtymä Oy And Vantti). When Recruiting Personnel, Objective And Reliable Additional Information Is Needed About The Suitability Of The Applicants For The Positions Being Applied For. The Goal Of The Personnel Assessment Is To Help And Support The Recruitment Decision And The Success Of The Overall Recruitment Process. With The Personal Assessment, The Applicants Skills Are Mapped, Working Methods And Operating Style, Motivation, Performance In Work Tasks, Suitability For The Job And Work Community, And Development Potential In The Future Are Determined. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Production Of Personnel Assessment Services For Management (Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Service Area Manager, Ceo), Supervisors (Managers, Supervisors), Demanding Expert Tasks And Related Reporting To The Hr Services Of The City Of Vantaa. In Addition, A Lighter Evaluation Can Be Applied, If Necessary, In Connection With The Recruitment Of Tasks To Be Performed. The Service Is Basically Produced In The Selected Suppliers Own Premises Or, If Agreed, With Electronic Work Tools Online. If Necessary, The Service Provider Must Be Ready To Produce The Entire Personal Evaluation Process Electronically. The Electronic, Online Assessment Tools Used Must Be Sufficiently Commonly Used, Generally Widely Available, And Their Use As Part Of The Assessment Must Not Require The Assessee To Install Separate Software. The Procured Services And Materials Are Generally Produced In Finnish, Unless, At The Request Of The Customer Of The Service, An Evaluation Is Requested In The Individual Evaluations Of The Task In Swedish Or English. The Contract Of The City Of Vantaa Can Be Used By All Industries Of The City Of Vantaa, Vav Yhtymä Oy, Vav Asunnot Oy And Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy. The Value Of The Acquisition Is Divided As Follows: City Of Vantaa Approx. €482,000 Vav Yhtymä Oy And Vav Asunnot Oy Approx. €80,000 Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy. Approx. €20,000 The Contract Is Made For A Fixed Period Of Two Years. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract With Two (2) One (1) Year Options. The Terms Of The Contract Are Described In More Detail In Annex 1 Draft Contract To The Request For Tenders. The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Period Is March 1, 2026. The Customer Does Not Commit To Specific Procurement Quantities During The Contract Period.
