The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Cleaning Services In The Objects Of The Prague 1 Municipal Office, I.E. The Provision Of: - Daily Cleaning, - Daily Shortened Cleaning, - Weekly, - Monthly And - Half-Yearly Cleaning - Cleaning Of The Public Toilet In The Passage Of The Municipal Office P1 Incl. Replenishment Of Hygiene Supplies - In The Building Of Úmč P1, An Emergency Service (1 Employee) Must Be Provided By The Contractor During The Daily Cleaning During The Working Hours Specified Below, Which Regularly Replenishes Hygiene Needs In The Kitchens And Toilets, And, Where Appropriate, Also Provides Cleaning On Request From Individual Objects And In The Building Of Úmč P1. Mon, Wed 8 A.M. – 5 P.M. Tues, Thurs 8 A.M. – 3 P.M. Fri 8 A.M. – 1 P.M. The Requirements And Definition Of Cleaning Services Are Listed In Appendix No. 1 Of The Draft Contract (Extents). • Hygienic Needs Are Provided By The Client Himself. Hygienic Supplies Will Be Available In The Warehouse At Vodičkova 18. The Supplier Will Distribute These Sanitary Supplies To Individual Objects, The List Of Which Is Given In Appendix No. 1 Of The Draft Contract – Technical Specification. • The Supplier Provides The Cleaning Products, Tools And Machines Himself. The Contractor Will Be Ready To Carry Out Extraordinary Cleaning. The Scope Of This Cleaning Is Carried Out At The Request Of The Client In The Form Of A Special Order. Forms Of Extraordinary Cleaning Are, For Example: Cleaning After Painting, After Installing New Furniture, Etc. The Price For One Hour Of This Cleaning Will Be Indicated By The Supplier In Its Offer. The Supplier Is Obliged To Use Gentle And Health-Friendly Cleaning Products And Procedures During The Performance Of The Order And To Ensure Proper Ecological Sorting Of Waste Throughout The Performance Of The Order. All Products Used Must Meet The Criteria Of Ecological Friendliness Defined Either By The Ministry Of The Environment In The Requirements For Granting The Trademark Ecologically Friendly Product (E.G. No. 07-2012 For Universal Cleaning Agents) Published On The Website Http://Www.Ekoznacka.Cz/Seznam, Or By Equivalent Guidelines Of Other National Eco-Labeling Systems In Europe For These Categories Of Products. Pursuant To Appendix No. 3 Of This Zd, The Supplier Shall Provide A Sworn Statement That He Will Use Environmentally Friendly And Health-Friendly Cleaning Products And Procedures. The Contracting Authority Will Regularly Check The Fulfillment Of This Requirement. A Cleaning Book Will Be Kept By The Contractor About The Cleaning Performed, Where All Information Regarding The Work Performed Will Be Listed, Which Will Be The Basis For Invoicing For The Services Performed.
