It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – N1 Management And Operations Services Center. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Define The Specific Terms And Conditions Relating To The Activities Of Sncf Réseau, Within The Framework Of Which The Holder Undertakes To Provide, On The Basis Of A Fixed-Price Commitment, It And Intellectual Services In Accordance With The Provisions Of The “Piloting And Operations Service Center N1” Contract And Its Appendices. These Services Include In Particular: - Monitoring Of Production Systems (Monitoring Of Alerts And Initial Checks); - Execution Of Standard Procedures For Resolving Recurring Incidents; - Escalation To Levels 2 Or 3 In The Event Of An Incident Outside The N1 Perimeter. The “N1 Piloting And Operations Service Center” Contract Specifies The Conditions Of Intervention Of The Holder, Who Undertakes To Carry Out The Above-Mentioned Services In Accordance With The Needs Expressed By The Digital Department Of Sncf Réseau (Dgnum).
