System And Support Services – Consolidated Support Services For The Operation Of Itms Information Systems (Itms Ii, Itms2014+ And Itms21+). The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Consolidated Support Services For The Operation Of Itms Ii, Itms2014+ And Itms21+ Information Systems (Together Also As Itms Information Systems) Operated In The Data Center Of The Ministry Of Finance Of The Slovak Republic. Itms Information Systems Are Information Systems Managed By The Ministry Of Investments, Regional Development And Informatization Of The Slovak Republic. Operation Support Mainly Consists Of Application Support For End Users, System And Database Support For Itms Information Systems And Restoration Of Itms Systems In The Event Of An Outage. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In The Following Way: (I) Activities Within The Monthly Flat Rate And (Ii) Order Services (Activities On Request). A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Made Up Of Part B.1 Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Part B.2 Business Conditions For Fulfilling The Subject Of The Contract Of The Tender Documents.
