The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Works On The Railway Line No. 68 On The Stalowa Wola Rozwadów - Przeworsk Section, Together With The Authors Supervision Under The Project Entitled: Works On The Railway Line No. 68 On The Stalowa Wola Rozwadów - Przeworsk Section - Stage I, Including: 1) Task No. 1: Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works On The Grodzisko Dolne - Przeworsk Section, Described In Volume Iii Swz – Pfu; 2) Task No. 2: Preparation Of Design Documentation And Authors Supervision On The Section Stalowa Wola Rozwadów - Grodzisko Dolne, Described In Volume Iv Swz - Opz. 1.1. The Implementation Of Task No. 1 Will Be Carried Out In The Design And Build System. 1.2. The Implementation Of Task No. 2 Will Take Place In The Following Phases: 1) Phase I - Development Of Design Documentation On The Stalowa Wola Rozwadów - Grodzisko Dolne Section (From Approx. Km 104.043 To Approx. Iii (Option Law 2) - Purchase, Configuration And Provision Of The Cde Data Exchange Platform For The Purposes Of Carrying Out Design Work In The Bim Methodology. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Volume Iii Of The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Volume Iv Of The Swz. 3. For Task No. 1 - In Accordance With § 4 Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement, Located In Volume Iia Of The Swz: 1) Completion Of All Works (Subject To Point 2) Below), Confirmed By The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party, Including Providing The Ordering Party With Complete As-Built Documentation And Providing The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Related To The Certification Process - 44 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, 2) Providing The Ordering Party With Permits For Release To Operation Structural Subsystems, In Accordance With The Railway Transport Act - No Longer Than Within 8 (Eight) Months From The Date Of The Last Final Acceptance By The Ordering Party. 4.2. For Task No. 2 - In Accordance With § 3 Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement, Located In Volume Iib Of The Swz: The Maximum Assumed Implementation Time Of The Agreement Is 66 Months From The Conclusion Of The Agreement (In The Event Of Exercising The Option Right).
