Nusaned is seeking quotations from qualified and reputable IT service providers for the provision of comprehensive IT maintenance services under a 12-month framework agreement covering the year 2026. The selected provider will support Nusaneds offices and staff by ensuring continuous functionality, security, and reliability of all IT systems and hardware. 2. Scope of Work The service provider shall deliver the following IT maintenance services: A. Preventive Maintenance (Scheduled) Monthly inspection of laptops, desktops, printers, routers, and servers. Software updates, security patching, and performance optimization. Antivirus monitoring and renewal status checks. Backup verification and system health checks. Network stability review, router and switch diagnostics. B. Corrective Maintenance (On-Demand) Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues. Replacement of defective components (parts quoted separately if not covered). Technical support for internet connectivity and network issues. Email configuration, domain access, and credential recovery support. C. Helpdesk & Remote Support Remote assistance through phone, email, or remote-access tools. Response time service-level agreement (SLA) as follows: Critical issues: response within 2 hours High priority: within 6 hours Standard requests: within 24 hours D. Optional Services (Quote Separately) IT equipment configuration and deployment (laptops, monitors, docking stations). Data recovery services. Office relocation IT support (network setup, cabling adjustments). Server and cloud environment support. 3. Required Qualifications Interested suppliers must meet the following minimum requirements: Registered IT service provider in Lebanon with a valid commercial registration. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT maintenance or managed services. Technical team with certified IT technicians (Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent). Ability to support Nusaned offices located in [insert areas if applicable]. 4.
