As A Partner Of The European Edito Project, Mercator Ocean Has Been Mandated To Manage The “Services And Operations” Component. This Component Includes Assistance To Users Of The Edito Platform, Scientific Validation Of The Data Present On The Platform And The Implementation Of Capacity Building Activities. It Is Managed By The “User Services” Team Of The “Markets And Services” Department Of Mercator Ocean. This Consultation Concerns The Establishment Of User Support And The Development Of The Skills Of Edito Users, In Particular By Supervising Exchanges With Them, Processing Their Requests, Creating And Updating Technical Documentation, Resolving Technical Incidents Encountered By Users, And Others.
