Hospital Facilities Construction Work – Construction Works Including The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Investment Project Titled: Reconstruction And Modernization Of Rooms In Building D1 And D2 Of Ksw No. 2 In Rzeszów. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Titled: Reconstruction And Modernization Of Rooms In The D1 And D2 Buildings Of Ksw No. 2 In Rzeszów. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction And Modernization Of Some Rooms In Buildings D1 And D2 Based On Design And Cost Estimate Documentation. The Order Also Includes The Delivery And Installation Of It Equipment And The Audio-Video System. The Aim Of The Task Is To Retrofit The Rooms And Improve The Functional, Ergonomic And Aesthetic Values. 3. The Works Include, Among Others: (Detailed Guidelines According To The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation): 1) Disassembly Of Installations And Equipment To The Extent Necessary To Perform Modernization Works 2) Adjustment Of Openings And Replacement Of Doors To Rooms From The Corridor Of Buildings D1 And D2 On The High Ground Floor Level 3) Construction Of A New Electrical And Telecommunications Installation, Including A Network And Computer Installation 4) Execution Of I&C And Bms Installation 5) Division Of The Auditorium Into Two Smaller Ones By Installing A Movable Acoustic Wall 6) Replacement Of Floor Coverings 7) Construction Of Suspended Ceilings And Mechanical Ventilation Casings. 8) Installation Of New Wall Cladding And Paint Coatings 9) Installation Of New Wall Protection 10) Installation Of Water And Sewage Systems For The Designed Kitchenette 11) Replacement Of Fire Hydrants In Buildings D1 And D2 12) Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation And Cooling 13) Delivery And Installation Of An Audio-Video System And It Equipment 4. The Implementation Of Construction Works Concerns Rooms Located In Buildings D1 And D2. Segments D1 And D2 Are Part Of The Clinical Complex Of The Provincial Hospital No. 2 In Rzeszów At Ul. Lwowska 60 And Are Located In Its North-Western Part (Plot No. 56/24). Segments D1 (Adult Clinic) And D2 (Computed Tomography) Are 3-Story Buildings (Story Height Approx. 3 M) With A Basement. The Buildings Have A Rectangular Plan With A Gable Roof. The Buildings Have A Reinforced Concrete Structure And Are Connected To The Rest Of The Hospital By A Connector Located On The South Side. In Segments D1 And D2 There Are Administrative Rooms And Medical Rooms. The Rooms Covered By The Order Are Located Only On The High And Low Ground Floors. At The High Ground Floor Level, The Scope Of Works Includes Administrative Sections (Hospital Management, Employee Affairs And Education Department, Section For Contracting, Supervision And Settlement Of Medical Services, Organization And Training Section), The Small Hall And The Blood Bank. On The Lower Ground Floor, Construction Works Concern The Ventilation Room, Corridor And General Office 5. Reconstruction And Modernization Works Will Be Performed On An Active Facility. 6.
