Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Neubau Zentralklinikum 2.Ba. Specialist Planning Services For Structural Planning Are Being Tendered For The New Building Of The Central Hospital - 2Nd Construction Phase Of The Bonn University Hospital. The Construction Project Includes A Complex New Clinic Building With, Among Other Things: Central Operating Room, Intensive Care, General Care, Outpatient And Radiology Areas With A Usable Area Of Approx. 17,000 M². The Services To Be Provided Include The Basic Services Of Structural Planning In Accordance With §§ 49 Ff. Hoai 2021 I. V. M. Appendix 14 As Well As Additional Special Services. The Commissioning Is Carried Out In Stages And Currently Includes Service Phases 1 To 4; We Reserve The Right To Commission Further Service Phases At A Later Date. The Planning Is Carried Out In Close Coordination With The Property Planning And Other Specialist Planning And Must Be Carried Out Using The Bim Method. Part Of The Service Is Participation In Bim Coordination As Well As Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Sustainable Building Assessment System (Bnb) With The Aim Of At Least Silver Certification. The Structural Implementation Takes Place Under The Special Conditions Of Ongoing Clinic Operations And In A Functional Connection With Existing And Newly Constructed Clinic Buildings.
