Tenders are invited for Procurement of Audio & Video System for New Board Room, University of Jaffna. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Assistant Bursar / Supplies, or could be downloaded from the University website www.jfn.ac.lk upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 3,500.00 either in cash at the Shroff Counter of the University of Jaffna or to the credit of Peoples Bank, University of Jaffna Branch, account no: 970000060000276. The cash receipt of the Shroff or the bank deposit slip to be attached with the bidding documents. The documents may be purchased until 2.30 p.m. from 16.12.2025 to 30.12.2025. Bid Security: LKR 90000/- Pre-Bid meeting will be held on 23.12.2025 at 10.00 a.m. in the Board Room of University of Jaffna.
