Determination Of Framework Conditions The Contractor (An) Works Together With Lanuk To Develop Framework Conditions That Are Based On Uniformly Defined Methodological Principles. These Include All Relevant Assumptions, Criteria And Restrictions That Are Taken Into Account For The Waste Management, Forestry And Wood Industry And Agriculture Sectors. 2. Data Collection Of Biomass Material Flows Based On The Framework Conditions, The Relevant Biomass Material Flows In Nrw That Are Necessary For The Potential Calculation Are Recorded. The Aim Is To Compile The Energetically Usable Biomass Material Flows From The Waste, Forestry, Wood And Agriculture Sectors. As Far As Possible, The Data Is Recorded In A Spatially Differentiated Form, At Least At The Municipal Level For North Rhine-Westphalia. 3. Determination Of Potential The Contractor Calculates The Bioenergy Potential For The Waste, Forestry, Wood And Agriculture Sectors Based On The Defined Framework Conditions (See Point 1) And The Biomass Material Flows Taken Into Account (See Point 2). The Bioenergy Potential Must Be Presented Quantitatively And Spatially Differentiated At Least At The Community Level. In Addition, The Contractor Evaluates The Potential With Regard To The Intended Use For Electricity, Gas And Heat Supply In The Commercial, Household And Industrial Sectors. 4. Stakeholder Workshops During The Course Of The Project, Workshops With Relevant Experts Are Planned, With One Workshop Being Planned To Deal With Technical Topics, Open Questions, Methodological Approaches, The Limitation Of Relevant Biomass Material Flows And Scenarios. Further Workshops Will Be Determined Together With Lanuk During The Course Of The Project And Will Be Shown As Optional In The List Of Services. 5. Scenario Development Based On The Determination Of Potential In The Waste, Forestry, Wood And Agriculture Sectors As Well As The Findings From The Planned Workshop, The Contractor Develops The Scenarios And Describes The Underlying Assumptions, Influencing Factors And Possible Developments. In Addition, Regional Focal Points Should Be Identified And, Based On This, Practical Recommendations For Action Should Be Derived. The Final Elaboration And Definition Of The Scenarios Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Final Determination Of Potential In Close Coordination With Lanuk.
