Hus Kiinteistöt Oy Tenders For The New Purchases Of Quick Telephone Systems And Maintenance And Repair Services For Hospitals And Other Offices Located In The Area Of Operation Of The Hus Group. Hospitals And Other Offices Are Mainly Located In The Area Of The Cities Of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja, Porvoo And Raasepor, But There Are Also Operations In Other Localities On A Small Scale. The Hus Group Mainly Uses The Zenitel Speed Telephone System, Which Includes Approximately 2,000 Telephone Sets And 20 Exchanges. These Mainly Function As An Internal Announcement System In The Operating Theatres. The Clients Goal Is To Unify The Systems And It Does Not Make Economic Sense To Change The System Manufacturer. Any Exclusive Systems Are Not Covered By The Maintenance And Repair Work Of This Procurement. Installations Are Carried Out For Ready-Made Cabling. The Subscribers Activity Is A Critical Social And Healthcare Activity. The Supplier Should Take Into Account That The Service Is Implemented In Operational Hospitals. The Service Must Be Implemented In Such A Way That It Does Not Pose A Risk To Patient Safety And Unreasonably Disrupts The Operation Of The Hospital. The Goal Of The Competition Is To Select Three (3) Contract Suppliers. The Duration Of The Contract Is Two (2) Years And The Contract Includes The Possibility Of One (1) Two (2) Year Option. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Certain Order Quantities During The Contract Period. The Service Description Is In Appendix 2.
