Awnings – Supply And Installation Of Awnings On Nuestra Señora Del Aguila Street (C-2025/075). The Contract Extends To Two Areas: 1St) First Section. Consisting Of Ntra. Sra. Del Águila Street In The Stretch Between The Intersection With Herrero And Agustín Alcalá Streets And The Gutiérrez De Alba Theater. In This Section, The Contract Covers The Collection Of Data, Manufacturing And Supply Of The Awnings, Their Installation Prior To The Summer, The Subsequent Disassembly And The Storage And Custody Of The Awnings Until The Following Summer. The Installation / Disassembly / Storage Cycle Is Repeated Again, In Successive Years, Covering The Total Time Period Established In The Schedule Of Title Iii Of The Ppt. The Dimensions Of The Awnings To Be Manufactured For The First Section, The Technical Characteristics Of The Materials And Systems To Be Used, The Locations, The Tests And Trials That Must Be Completed, As Well As The Economic Aspects Of The Contract Such As Unit And Broken Down Prices, Measurements And Partial Budgets, Are Included In Title Ii Of The Ptt In The Form Of A Detailed Technical Project. All The Content Of This Project Will Be Mandatory For The Successful Bidder, Although, In The Event Of Differences, What Is Indicated In Titles I And Iii Will Prevail. And Especially With Regard To: - The Partial And Total Terms Of The Contract. - The Total Amount Of The Contract And Its Distribution By Stages. - The Conditions Indicated In Section 4 Of This Title I. 2Nd) Second Section. It Corresponds To Ntra. Sra. Del Águila Street In The Stretch Between The Gutiérrez De Alba Theater And Plaza Cervantes. In This Second Section, The Awnings Will Be Manufactured And Installed Within The Street Remodeling Work Contract Currently Being Executed. This Contract Includes The First Disassembly And The Storage And Custody Of The Awnings Until The Following Summer. As Well As The Repetition Of The Installation / Disassembly / Storage Cycle In Successive Years, Covering The Total Time Period Established In The Schedule Of Title Iii Of The Ppt. But, As Indicated, The Awnings Of The Second Section Are Manufactured, Supplied And Installed For The First Time Through Another File, That Of The Execution Of The Aforementioned Works, Although This File Includes The Successive Cycles Described Above.
