Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – New Extension Building At The Main Location Of The Gymn. Hvf School - Technical Equipment (§§ 53Ff. Hoai) Hls. The Subject Of The Contract To Be Awarded Here Are Planning Services For The Technical Equipment In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai 2021, System Groups 1 To 3 And 7 Service Phases 1 To 9 For The New Expansion Building At The Main Location Of The “Hoffmann-Von-Fallersleben-Schule” High School As Well As Partial Renovations To The Existing Building. The Project Language Is German. The Client Initially Only Commissions Service Phases 1 To 3 In Accordance With Hoai, And Reserves The Right To Commission The Further Service Phases Individually Or As A Whole In Stages. There Is No Entitlement To Further Orders, Nor Can This Result In Any Other Contractual Obligations For The Client. In The Event Of A Call, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Services, If Necessary In Stages Or Individually Or As A Whole. The Hoffmann-Von-Fallersleben-Schule (Hvf) High School Is To Be Expanded To Accommodate 5 Classes And For Cooperation With The Oswald-Berkhan-Schule (Obs). To This End, A New Multi-Storey Extension Building Is To Be Built At The Main Location At Sackring 15 On Part Of The School Sports Field Behind The School. On The Other Hand, Additional Scientific Classrooms Are To Be Created By Converting Existing Buildings. The Sports Field Will Be Rebuilt And Redesigned As Part Of The New Construction Project. The Specifications Of The Spatial Program Must Be Implemented Consistently. There Should Be No Major Overruns Or Underruns Of The Specified Room Areas. The Municipal Quality Specifications In Accordance With The Quality Manuals Are Decisive. The Aim For The Extension Is To Create An Efficient, Functional, Compact Design That Fits Into The Existing Development In The Best Possible Way. During Planning And Execution, The Specifications For Implementing Climate Protection Goals Must Be Taken Into Account. The Building Should Meet The Kfw 40 Standard. Funding For The New Building By The Kfw Is Sought. The Aim Is To Consider The Entire Life Cycle Of The New Building. The New Extension Building Must Be Positioned Approximately In The Specified Construction Area According To The Site Plan Sketch. The Existing Conditions, Including Existing Supply And Disposal Lines As Well As Structural Fire Protection, Must Be Taken Into Account As Part Of The Design.
