The Subject Of The Tender Is The Procurement Of A Certificate Lifecycle Management (Clm) System That Automates, Centralizes And Makes The Processes Comprehensible. The Aim Is To Manage The Entire Life Cycle Of Certificates Efficiently, Securely And In An Audit-Proof Manner, From Application To Issuance To Renewal Or Revocation. It Is Intended To Procure The Following Services: - Purchase Of The Clm System For The Production And Test Environment As Well As The External Certificates Via Psw-Group Including Licenses And Product Maintenance And Support Of The Clm System For Two Years. The Order Volume Envisaged For This Framework Agreement Has Been Described As Precisely As Possible. However, The Need Is Not Binding And Cannot Be Conclusively Determined. This Only Reflects An Estimated Order Quantity. It Cannot Therefore Be Ruled Out That The Services Will Be Accessed On A Different Scale. The Estimated Purchase Quantity During The Minimum Contract Term Is Estimated As Follows: - Support Services For The Operation (48 Pt) As Well As The Following Services Per Optional Extension Option Per Year: - Product Maintenance And Support Of The Clm System For 1 Year - Support Services For The Operation (24 Pt) The Contract Term Begins When The Contract Is Awarded And, Unless Canceled Beforehand, Is Initially 24 Months (Minimum Contract Term). The Client Reserves The Right To Extend The Contract Twice By One Year Each Time (Optional Contract Periods). The Minimum Contract Term Is Automatically Extended By Another Year Unless The Client Terminates The Contract Three Months Before The End Of The Contract Term. The Same Applies To The Second Optional Extension Period. The Framework Agreement Ends In Any Case When The Maximum Total Order Limit Of Eur 300,000.00 Net Is Reached; Eur 357,000.00 Gross (Including Optional Services). The Estimated Purchase Quantity Can Be Found In Appendix 3 To The Contract Price Sheet. If The Order Value Is Increased Due To An Order Change During The Contract Term In Accordance With Section 132 Gwb, The Contract Ends When This New Order Value Is Reached. The End Of The Contract Does Not Affect The Contractors Obligation To Provide Services In Accordance With The Contract For Orders Placed During The Contract Period.
