Missions Entrusted To The Delegatee: The Main Missions Entrusted To The Delegatee Are The Following (Non-Exhaustive List): - Administrative And Financial Management Of The Service - Operation Of The Golf Course - Maintaining The Works In Perfect Working Order - Bar And Catering Activity It Should Be Noted That The Current Manager Will Stop His Activity On 12/31/2027. Remuneration And Financing: The Delegates Remuneration Will Be Ensured By Collecting On His Behalf The Revenue From The Service From Users. It Also Collects Exceptional Or Incidental Revenues Linked To The Occupation Of The Public Domain, Advertising And All Other Revenues From The Service Having Been Authorized By The Community. The Delegate Pays The Community A Fixed Fee For The Provision Of Goods By The Community, As Well As Profit-Sharing.
