Health And Social Work Services – (2025/8900) Health And Welfare Services With Rehabilitation For Users With Mental Health Failures, Framework Agreement. The Competition Is For A Framework Agreement For Health And Care Services With Rehabilitation For Persons With Mental Health Failures. The Aim Of The Contract Is To Regulate Legal And Practical Conditions Regarding The Procurement Of A Place In Residential And Care Services With Rehabilitation For Persons With Mental Health Failures And Any Additional Problems. The Service Shall Provide A Complete Tender In The Form Of A Residence With 24 Hour Care Services, As Well As Relevant Employment. The Framework Agreement Shall Cover The Municipalities ́Needs For Health And Welfare Services And Rehabilitation In The Target Group Of Persons Who, Based On Mental Illness, Have Developed Reduced Functional Abilities And Any Additional Problems. Additional Problems Can, For Example, Be Substance Abuse And Behavioural Difficulties And Other Compound Problems. The Target Group Will Be Of Different Age From The Year They Turn 18.
