Advisory And Consultative Engineering Services – Monitoring And Animation Of Component 3 Of The Territorial Pact Relating To The Support Of Households. The Community Of Communes Of Ternois, The State And Anah Have Decided To Carry Out The General Interest Program France Rénov’ Territorial Pact At The Level Of The Community Of Municipalities Of Ternois. The Ternois Community Of Communes Is Responsible For Implementing The Territorial Pact And Approved The Approach Via A First Framework Deliberation Dated November 27, 2024. The Scope Of Intervention Concerns The Entire Territory Of The Community Of Communes, Namely The 103 Municipalities That Make It Up. By Deliberation Dated June 17, 2025, The Members Of The Community Council Approved The Partnership Agreement For The Implementation Of The France Rénov’ Territorial Pact Covering Components 1, 2 And 3 In The Territory Of The Community Of Communes Of Ternois, For A Period Of 5 Years. The Territorial Pact – France Rénov’ (Pig) Agreement For The Period 2025-2029 Was Signed On July 30, 2025. This Consultation Concerns The Monitoring And Coordination Of The Implementation Of The Territorial Pact 2025-2029 And In Particular Its Component 3 Relating To Support For Households In The Territory Of The Community Of Communes Of Ternois. It Is A Continuation Of The Planned Housing Improvement Operations (Opah) Implemented For Years By The Community Of Communes Of Ternois On Its Territory For The Benefit Of Owner-Occupiers And Landlords Eligible For Subsidies From The Anah. The Services To Be Performed Are Detailed In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp).
