It Is Therefore Essential That The Contractor Can Provide Evidence Of The Required Vehicles, Traffic Signs And Barrier Materials To The Extent Necessary. Furthermore, It Must Be Ensured That The Work Is Carried Out Professionally And On Time By Trained Assembly Personnel 96 Hours Before The Start Of The Construction Site, Whereby A German-Speaking Employee Must Be On Site At Any Time After Coordination With The Construction Management. The Training Must Be Paid For By The Contractor And Continued On A Regular Basis Under His Own Responsibility. The Specialist Staff, Including The Responsible Site Manager, Must Be Named. Changes Must Also Be Reported Immediately To The Responsible Site Manager In Writing Or Electronically During Ongoing Operations. With Regard To Workplace Security, Evidence Of The Suitability And Qualifications Of The Person Responsible For Securing Work Sites In Accordance With The Additional Technical Contractual Conditions And The Guidelines For Security Work At Work Sites On Roads (Ztv-Sa) Must Be Submitted With The Offer. The Person Responsible For Traffic Safety Must Therefore Comply With The Currently Valid German Road Traffic Regulations And Those In The Area Of Arbe
