The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Village Community Center Building And A Playground On Plots No. 54/10 And 54/9 In Łapino, Along With The Implementation Of The Necessary Installations: Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: A) Equipment Of The Village Community Center, In Particular: - Furniture And Household Appliances, - Tables And Chairs, - Lighting. B) Comprehensive Finishing Of Bathrooms, C) Execution Of Land Development Elements, In Particular: - Sidewalks Made Of Concrete Cubes, - Garbage Shelter, - Area Lighting. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Document Enabling The Use Of The Building Resulting From The Works. The Ordering Party Intends To Implement The Investment In Accordance With The Design Documentation Entitled: Construction Of A Village Community Center With A Sports Field And A Playground Developed By Araoko Design Sp. Z O. O. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz). The Scope Of Construction Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities And The Conditions Of Contract Execution Are Described In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Subject Of These Proceedings Includes The Construction Of A Community Center Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Land Development And A Playground. The Sports Field Is Not Part Of The Scope Of This Contract. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Construction Of A Playground And The Equipment Of The Community Center Building, Is Presented In Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Playground And Building Equipment.
