The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 2, 3, 5, 6 To Swz. Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order: Warehouse No. 29 Of Field Quartering Equipment, Ul. Kętrzyńskiego 1, Bemowo Piskie.3.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of: Minimum 36 Months, Maximum 60 Months.4.Warranty Period: For Physical Defects 36 Months From The Moment Of Final Acceptance Without Any Comments In Accordance With Art. 568 § 1 Cc5. The Contractor Will Conduct A Free Inspection Once A Year During The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract. 6. Required Order Completion Date: From 210 Days To 240 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
