The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of Toilets, Showers, Dressing Rooms, Locker Rooms, Trainers And Physiotherapy Rooms And Parts Of The Corridors In The Spodek Sports And Entertainment Hall In Katowice. The Scope Of Design Work Includes, Among Others: - Carrying Out An Inventory Of Existing Installations (For Design Purposes), - Obtaining And Verifying All Data And Information Necessary To Complete The Project, - Developing Design Documentation In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including Preparing Documentation In An Electronic Version In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract, - Making Inter-Industry Arrangements And Coordinating Design Documentation, - Obtaining The Required Checks, Arrangements, Studies, Approvals Of Design Documentation Required By Law, Including Arrangements With The Ordering Party, That Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, - Preparing A Concept For The Modernization Of The Rooms And Obtaining The Approval Of The Employer And The Office Of The Conservator Of Monuments For The Proposed Solution, - Arrangements With A Fire Expert (If Necessary), - Consultations And Implementation Of Conservation Recommendations, - Agreeing On The Project With Representatives Of The Office Of The Conservator Of Monuments, - Obtaining The Appropriate Final Decision On A Building Permit (If Necessary) Or Obtaining A Decision From The Department Of Architecture And Construction Of The City Hall Katowice On The Lack Of Grounds To Raise An Objection To The Intention To Commence Work (If Necessary), - Preparation Of Information Regarding Health And Safety, - Exercise Of Authors Supervision In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, - Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Detailed Cost Estimates.
