1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Works Related To The Maintenance Of Storm Sewage Systems With A Total Length Of Approximately 25 Km And Pipe Diameters From 160 To 1500.2. Scope Of Work: 1) Cleaning Of Sewers, 2) Cleaning Of Sewage Wells, 3) Cleaning Of Absorption Wells, 4) Reconstruction Of A Collapsed Sewage System Together With The Reconstruction Of The Existing Substructure And Surface, Along With Visualizing The Condition Of The Sewer After Reconstruction On An Electronic Medium, 5) Renovation Of The Storm Sewerage Network Using The Trenchless Method Using A Thermosetting Sleeve, Together With Visualizing The Condition Of The Sewer After Renovation On An Electronic Medium, 6) Renovation Of The Storm Sewerage Network Trenchless Method Using Packers, Along With Visualizing The Condition Of The Sewer After Renovation On An Electronic Medium,7) Monitoring Of The Storm Sewer Using A Professional Inspection Camera, Recording It On A Cd/Dvd And Printing A Report Containing, Among Others: Description Of The Sewer, Longitudinal Profile, Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Collector And Well In The Monitored Section, Photos Of The Inside Of The Well And A Diagram Of The Existing Sewage Connections, I.E. Inflows And Outflows,8) Cutting Out The Roots Overgrowing The Rain Sewer,9) Supplementing Or Replacing Cast Iron, Reinforced Concrete, Concrete Covers On Sewage Wells,10) Supplementing Or Replacing Manholes On Sewerage Wells (Cover With A Collar),11) Supplementing Or Replacing Manholes On Sewerage Manholes (Cover With A Collar) And Relief Rings,12) Finding And Visualizing Backfilled Or Asphalted Wells (Regardless Of The Surface),13) Vertical Adjustment Of The Sewerage Well Along With With Reconstruction Of The Surface (Regardless Of The Type And Diameter Of The Well And The Surface),14) Determining The Cause Of Damage To The Well And Repairing It (Regardless Of The Type Of Damage, Type Of Well, Diameter And Surface),15) Cleaning Of Separators Of Petroleum Substances,16) Pumping Water From A Blocked Sewage System,17) Participation In Acceptance Or Inspection Of The Storm Sewage System,18) Acceptance Of Sewage Connections.3. The Works Referred To In Section 2 Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Indications, In Accordance With The Indication Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template, Which Will Include: 1) The Scope Of Work Determined As Needed, In Accordance With The Funds Reserved In The Budget Of The Knurów Commune For The Task In Question, 2) The Value Of The Work Determined Each Time Based On The Unit Prices Specified In § 6 Section 7 Of The Contract Template, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of § 6 Section 8 Of The Contract Template,3) The Date Of Completion Of The Works Agreed With The Contractor, Not Shorter Than One Day From The Date Of Submitting The Contractors Indication.4. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Respond To Failures. For The Purposes Of The Task, Emergency Works Means Events Relate
