A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. It Consists Of The Following Documents:2.1. Bill Of Quantities2.2. Building Plans2.3. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior)2.4. Requirements To Meet Dnsh2.5 Rules. Annex To The Requirements For Compliance With Dnsh Rules - Guide Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In Stwior. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Stwior. 3. The Order Is Financed Under The Eu Project - Project Development Plan Entitled Modernization And Equipment Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With Increasing The Admission Limits For Medical Studies - Medical University Of Lublin Which Is An Element Of Investment D2.1.1 Entitled Investments Related To The Modernization And Retrofitting Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With Increasing The Admission Limits For Medical Studies, Implemented Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan - Component D Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System Under Agreement No. Kpod.07.05-Ip.10-0023/24/Kpo/1206/2025/99.3.1. The Ordering Party Informs That All Deliveries/Construction Works Are Carried Out As Part Of The Project Development Plan Entitled: Modernization And Equipment Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With The Increase In Admission Limits For Medical Studies - Medical University Of Lublin Which Is An Element Of Investment D2.1.1 Entitled Investments Related To The Modernization And Retrofitting Of Teaching Facilities In Connection With Increasing Admission Limits For Medical Studies Implemented Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan - Component D Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System Must Be Consistent With The Principle Of Doing No Serious Harm (Dnsh), Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 (Taxonomy Regulation).
