The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Above Task In The Design And Build Formula, Divided Into Stages: 1) Stage I: Development Of Complete Design Documentation, Including Obtaining The Required Decisions, Permits, Arrangements, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Offer Cost Estimate And Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization Design. 2) Stage Ii: Full Scope Of Construction Works, Including Authors Supervision By The Designer. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) For Task 1 Along With Maps - Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz. The Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order In Question Are Also Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract For Task 1, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz.
