1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Development Of The Area Of The Second Stage Of The Three Generations Park In Mikołów, Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And All Arrangements And Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction Works For Parts A And B. Part A: Area Intended For The Park And Recreation Part. Part B: Area Intended For The Parking Lot, Toilets And Space For A Mobile Catering Point. Note: For Areas Marked As Parts A And B. Separate Complete Documentation Must Be Prepared To The Extent Enabling A Separate Tender Procedure.2. Division Of Design Into Stages For Each Of Parts A And B: Stage 1: Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes, Developing A Land Development Concept With Visualizations And Price Information Regarding The Costs Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Based On The Concept For Approval By The Ordering Party Stage 2: Preparing Land Development Designs And, If Necessary, Architectural And Construction Designs Together With Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required To Be Obtained Under The Regulations And Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit Construction. Stage 3: Preparation Of Technical Designs (Execution Designs) Of All Industries Along With The Studies Listed In The Design Guidelines And In The Contract.3. The Required Scope Of Design Documentation Is To Include For Each Of Parts A And B: 1) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes; 2) Inventory To The Extent Necessary To Complete The Project, Including An Inventory Of Existing Greenery; 3) Geotechnical Opinion; 4) Development Of Variants Of The Land Development Concept, 3 Variants For Approval By The Ordering Party; 5) Visualizations Of The Land Development Design, At Least 5 Different Shots For Part A And 1 For Part B - The Number Of Shots In Accordance With The Offer; 6) Design Construction - Land Development Design And, If Necessary, Architectural And Construction Design Together With Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents (Designs Of Necessary Connections Agreed With Utility Suppliers), Which Are Obligatory To Obtain Under The Regulations And Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit; The Scope And Form Of The Design Documentation Should Meet The Requirements Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And Implement The Task. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards;7) Technical (Executive) Designs Taking Into Account All Industries, Including: Architectural And Construction, Construction, Road, Sanitary And Electrical Installations Together With A List Of Materials;8) Electrical Installations:• Design Of The Electrical Installation For Powering The Technical Infrastructure;• Obtaining Technical Conditions For Connection And Design Of External Electrical Networks From The Power Connection To The Power Supply Of Facility Switchgears And Lighting Cabinets;• Design Of The Lighting Of Th
