The Contractor Is Obliged To Appoint A Construction Manager Who Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37C Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments And Meeting All The Requirements Contained In The Permit No. 15/2025/A For Carrying Out Construction Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of January 15, 2025 Issued By The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And The Building Permit No. 426/2025 Of September 19 2025 Issued By The Starosta Of Leszno. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design And Industry Designs, As Well As All Permits, Arrangements And Opinions.
