1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Tenants Apartment (Villa - Ground Floor) Intended For Teaching Rooms At The Special Educational And Educational Center In Rydzyn. The Works Will Be Carried Out At The Monument, I.E. The Western Castle Annex, Which Is Part Of The Castle Buildings In The Town Of Rydzyna, Located On Plot No. 251/12, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments Under No. 65/A On The Basis Of The Decision Of February 6, 1965, And Constituting An Element Of The Historic Building Complex And Urban Layout Of The Town Of Rydzyna, Entered Into The Register Of Monuments By The Decision No. Class Iv-73/40/57 Of February 8, 1957. The Contractor Is Obliged To Appoint A Construction Manager Who Meets The Requirements Referred To In Art. 37C Of The Act On The Protection And Care Of Monuments And Meeting All The Requirements Contained In The Permit No. 15/2025/A For Carrying Out Construction Works On A Monument Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of January 15, 2025 Issued By The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And The Building Permit No. 426/2025 Of September 19 2025 Issued By The Starosta Of Leszno. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design And Industry Designs, As Well As All Permits, Arrangements And Opinions. External Works: In Front Of The Main Entrance To The Premises Being Rebuilt, In Place Of The Existing Hardened Area, A Platform With A Slope With A Slope Of 15% Should Be Constructed. The Height Difference Between The Floor Level Inside, I.E. +-0.00, And The Ground Elevation In Front Of The Main Entrance To The Rebuilt Premises Is 12 Cm. The Maximum Dimensions Of The Platform And Ramp Are 190X240 Cm. The Platform With A Ramp Should Be Made Of Small-Sized Granite Cubes (With Concrete Joints) On A Layer Of Concrete, Placed On A Stabilized Gravel And Sand Ballast. According To The Project, Works Related To Sanitary And Electrical Installations Should Be Carried Out. Internal Works: After The Reconstruction And Change Of Use, The Premises Will Include Two Teaching Rooms, An Office, A Kitchenette For Teaching Staff, Two Toilets (Womens And Mens) And A Corridor. The Facility Is Expected To Carry Out Demolition And Demolition Works (Disassembly Of Existing Fittings, Cutting And Enlarging Door Openings, Disassembly Of Floors And Floors, Demolition Of Internal Stairs), Masonry (Bricking Up Openings, Installation Of Lintels, Bricklaying Of Walls), Concrete Works (Floor On The Ground, Platform With A Ramp, Internal Stairs), System Development Works (Fire Separation Wall Made Of Fire-Resistant Boards, Protection Fire Protection Of The Ceiling And Installation Of A Suspended Ceiling, Installation Of Ceilings And Plasterboard Structures), Dismantling And Installation Of Door Joinery, Eliminating The Causes Of Dampness And Drying Damp Elements Of The Premises, Plastering, Painting And All Finishing Works.
