The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Including The Adaptation Of Room 5.69 For The Needs Of The Aowbk Unit At The University Dentistry Center Of The Medical University Of Warsaw By Separating A Conference Room And An Office Room, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.2. The Detailed Scope Of Design Work And Construction Works Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Containing: As-Built Documentation Of Wum Dentistry (Volume 2.1; Volume 2.2; Volume 2.4; Volume 2.6; Volume 2.12 Architecture, Description And Drawings) - Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. Environmental Impact Of The Order 3.1) Transition To A Circular Economy 3.1.1) The Ordering Party Has Specified The Following Environmental Requirements In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Art. 101 Of The Act: (A) During Implementation, At Least 70 % (Weight) Of Non-Hazardous Construction And Demolition Waste (Excluding Naturally Occurring Materials Referred To In Category 17 05 04 On The European List Of Waste Established In Decision 2000/532/Ec) Generated On The Construction Site Is Ready For Reuse, Recycling And Other Material Recovery Processes, Such As Backfilling Using Waste Substituting Other Materials, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Waste Management And The Eu Protocol On The Management Of Construction And Demolition Waste. The Contractor Should Reduce The Generation Of Waste In Its Construction And Demolition Processes, In Accordance With The Eu Protocol On The Management Of Construction And Demolition Waste And Taking Into Account Best Available Techniques And Using Selective Demolition To Enable The Removal And Safe Handling Of Hazardous Substances And To Facilitate Reuse And High-Quality Recycling Through Selective Disposal Of Materials Using Available Construction And Demolition Waste Sorting Systems. Documentation Required:● Documentation That The Contractor Was Included/Registered In The Bdo (Database On Products And Packaging And Waste Management).● Waste Transfer Cardsconfirmation Of The Contractors Entry In The Bdo Register Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Before The Commencement Of Work, Waste Transfer Cards Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party On An Ongoing Basis During The Implementation Of The Task And Attached To The As-Built Documentation. B) During The Implementation, Solutions And Materials Supporting Closed Circulation Should Be Taken Into Account, In Particular Indicating How A Higher Level Was Ensured As Part Of The Task Implementation Resource Efficiency, Adaptability, Flexibility And The Possibility Of Dismantling Elements To Enable Their Reuse And Recycling - Taking Into Account Reference To The Iso 20887 Standard Or Other Standards For Assessing The Possibility Of Dismantling Or Adapting Buildings.
