The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Design And Construction Works In The Design And Build System For The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of A Residential Building With Its Surroundings In Biecz, Divided Into Two Tasks: Task 1. Creation Of 3 Training And Supported Apartments In Accordance With The Sami-Dzielni! Model In Biecz In The Design And Build System. Task 2. Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings Municipal Buildings In The Biecz Commune” Thermal Modernization Of The Municipal Building Przedmieście Dolne 54 – Design And Build System.2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027. Task 1 Project No.: Femp.05.09-Iz.00-0152/24 Task 2 Project No.: Femp.02.02-Iz.00-0494/24 3. Subject Matter: Stage I Of The Order Development Of Complete Project Documentation Based On The Programs Functional And Utility For Each Task Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Data Contained In The Documents Provided, Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, Necessary To Perform Construction Works As Part Of The Task In Question. Stage Ii Of The Order Execution Of Construction Works, The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Performing Authors Supervision, Consisting In Particular In: A) Confirming In The Course Of Execution Of The Detailed Design And Construction Works The Compliance Of The Implementation With The Project; B) Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Project, Reported By The Construction Manager Or The Investors Supervision Inspector; C) Qualifying Changes Introduced During The Implementation Of The Construction Project; D) Participating In Construction Councils At Least Once Every Two Weeks.2) Preparation And Submission Of Appropriate Documents On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Along With The Notice Of Commencement Of Works. 3) Development And Agreement With The Ordering Party And The Supervision Inspector Of A Detailed Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Task. 4) Execution Of Construction Works. 5) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Preparation Of Documents For Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And Its Obtaining By The Contractor, In Particular Preparation Of Fire Protection And Evacuation Instructions Along With The Necessary Resulting Signage And Equipment. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: A) Swz, B) Functional And Utility Program For Each Task, Technical Expertise Of The Building, Inventory, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, C) Important Contractual Provisions, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
