The Subject Of The Order Is General Contracting, In Accordance With Construction Practice, Polish Standards, The Terms Of Reference And Safety Rules For Road Users, Of Works Consisting In Year-Round Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Tarnowo Podgórne Commune. The Technical Requirements For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Included In This Specification Of Terms Of Contract. Before Submitting An Offer, Please Read All Available Materials Related To The Subject Of The Order.2. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Successive Maintenance Of Municipal Roads, Resulting From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, In The Planned Manner, Divided Into 16 Tasks, In The Scope As In The Swz. 3. Detailed Scopes Of Works For Individual Tasks Are Included In The Swz. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor Will Use Materials With Technical, Construction And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Technical Specification.5. The Ordering Party Will Order The Performance Of Specific Works By E-Mail, Depending On The Needs, Specifying The Scope Of Work. Settlement For The Works Performed Will Be Based On The Actual Units Of Material Work Performed (Quantities) At Lump-Sum Unit Prices Offered In The Tender Offer. Settlement Will Be Made Monthly For The Work Actually Performed According To The Unit Prices Of The Offer Cost Estimate. The Response Time For Each Commencement Of Work From The Moment Of Notification By The Ordering Party Is 24 Hours.6. The Quality And Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 12 Months. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Is Defined In The Common Procurement Vocabulary With The Symbol: 45000000-7, 45233142-6.8. The Contractor Must Indicate In The Offer Which Elements Of The Order He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors.9.
