Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Modular Teaching Rooms For The Primary School In Kosakowo, In The Design And Build Formula

I. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: Ii. The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Of Preparing Design Documentation And Construction Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: Construction Of Modular Teaching Rooms For The Primary School In Kosakowo. Iii. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Expansion Of The Primary School With Additional 4 Modular (Container) Classrooms And The Necessary Communication (Corridor) Along With Internal Installations. It Is Assumed That The Investment Will Be Connected To The Existing School Building By Constructing A Connector Also In Modular Technology. The Investment Also Involves The Reconstruction Of The Existing Solid Waste Collection Site. Iv. It Is Assumed That The Rooms Will Be Finished On A Turnkey Basis, Along With All The Equipment Necessary For Their Intended Use. As Part Of The Task, An Occupancy Permit Must Be Obtained. V. Due To The Temporary Nature Of The Investment In Question, It Is Planned To Implement The Above-Mentioned Projects In The Design And Build System, Using Modular Solutions. It Is Assumed That The Designed Wing Will Be Single-Story. Additionally, It Is Planned To Develop The Area Around The Building After The Construction Works Are Completed. The Investment Will Take Into Account Design Principles And The Removal Of Accessibility Barriers. Vi. The Extended Part Of The Building Will Be Connected To The Installation In The Existing Building (Electrical Installation) - No New Connections Are Planned. Vii. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of: 6.1) Stage I (Design Part) Of Design Work Related To: A) Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In Accordance With The Indications And Guidelines Presented In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), B) Obtaining The Required Permits Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Contract; C) Consulting And Obtaining The Employers Approval For Each Proposed Solution And Each Material Before Its Use. 6.2) Stage Ii (Construction Works) Construction Works Related To: A) Construction Of The Building, Including: Construction Of Foundations, Container Structure, Roof Covering, External And Internal Walls, Floors, Window And Door Joinery, Internal Finishing Works, Facades, Fixed And Movable Internal Equipment, Internal Electrical Installations: Internal Power Line, Fire Protection Switch, General Lighting, Plug Sockets, Surge Protection, Shock Protection, Lightning Protection, Grounding, Connections Equalization, Heating With Electric Radiators, Ventilation, Low-Current Installations Related To The Installed Devices. B) Reconstruction Of The Walls Of The Existing Building Adjacent To The Planned Extension By Bringing Them To The Required Fire Resistance (Replacement Of The Existing Insulation), Including The Replacement Of Exit Doors With Doors With The Required Fire Resistance Class. C) Development Of The School Area, In Particular: - Reconstruction Of Hardened Areas, - Liqu
