Food Delivery Services Consisting Of: Comprehensive, All-Day Meals For Rops Patients, By Preparing, Based On The Contractors Kitchen, From The Contractors Own Products, Three Meals A Day, 7 Days A Week In Accordance With The Current Nutritional Standards For The Polish Population Developed By Nizp Pzh-Pib And Guidelines Of Scientific Societies: Polish Diabetes Society, Polish Society Of Cardiology, Polish Lipidological Society, Polish Society Of Hypertension And Polish Society Of Nephrology, As Well As The Recommendations Of The World Health Organization (Regarding The Maximum Content Of Salt And Sodium In The Diet), Assuming That The Basic Energy Value Of The Diet Is Not Lower Than 2,600 Kcal/1 Person-Day Of Feeding, And Their Delivery To The Centers Building In A Manner Consistent With The Hygiene And Sanitary Recommendations Regarding Food Transport, In Thermally Insulating Containers Prepared For This Purpose To Protect Meals Against Spilling And Cooling, At The Following Hours: Breakfast - From 7:30 A.M. To 800 Lunch - From 1230 To 1300 Dinner - From 1800 To 1830 And In Quantities Resulting From The Current Number Of Patients Staying At The Center In The Range Of 40 - 70 People, Taking Into Account The Conditions Specified In This Specification And Agreement, And Collection Of Post-Consumer Waste At Least Once A Day. The Number Of Patients Indicated Above Is Only An Estimate, And The Actual Quantity Under The Order That Is The Subject Of This Procedure Will Result From From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Depend On The Number Of Patients Treated. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Prepare The Meals Referred To Above, Taking Into Account Specialized Diets From Fresh, Natural, High-Quality Products, Within The Expiry Dates, Using Seasonal Vegetables And Fruits, Observing The Following Recommendations: A) Milk Fat Content In Butter - Minimum 82%, B) Meat Content In Cold Cuts And Meat Products - Minimum 70%, C) Exclusion Of Meat From The Menu Products With A High Fat Content And Low Nutritional Value, Such As Mortadella, Meatballs, Brawn, Lard, Etc., Cheese-Like Products, Highly Processed Products Such As: Low-Quality Fish Paste, Sweet Breakfast Cereals, Salty Snacks Such As Salted Sticks, Chips And Others, And Instant Foods. Meals Will Be Prepared On The Day Of Their Release. The Contractor Will Ensure Continuity Of Meal Supplies Regardless Of Possible Failures And Production Interruptions.
