1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Mobile Telephony And Wireless Data Transmission Services Along With The Supply Of Sim Cards For The Needs Of The Central It Center. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Specifies The Basic Scope And The Optional (Additional) Scope, The Use Of Which Is Not The Ordering Partys Obligation And Depends On Its Current Needs. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In Chapter Ii Of The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Basic Order Includes:2.1. Provision Of Mobile Voice Communications, Text Sms And Mms Services And Wireless Data Transmission For A Maximum Of: 1,850 Voice Numbers Held By The Ordering Party From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Subject To The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Of The Order By The Ordering Party In Accordance With Point 3; 2.2. Provision Of Mobile Internet Access Services In Gsm, Umts, Lte And 5G Technologies For A Maximum Of 90 Data Subscription Numbers Held By The Ordering Party From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Subject To The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Of The Order By The Ordering Party In Accordance With Point 3;2.3. Provision Of A Service Consisting In Providing And Launching Direct Access To A Private It Network For The Ordering Partys Numbers Indicated In Point 2.1. And 2.2. Above, By Configuring A Private Apn Access Point And Providing Direct Access To The Ordering Partys Private It Network From April 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026;2.4. Provision Of Additional Services;3. In The Event Of Reorganization Of The Ordering Partys Organizational Structure, Reduction Of The Number Of Employees Or Other Circumstances Not Specified Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order By Reducing The Number Of Active Sim Cards To The Minimum, Guaranteed Level Of 1,300 Voice Sim Cards And 30 Data Sim Cards.
