1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Servicing Of Egc Software Used To Collect Debts Incurred In Parking Lots Located Off Public Roads In The City Of Gdynia.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of: 1) Maintenance Services; 2) Development Services. The Purpose Of The Maintenance Service Is To Ensure The Uninterrupted Operation Of The Systemegc Software (Sla Services) For The Ordering Party, As Well As To Ensure The Provision Of Other Services Described In Annex A To The Swz Supporting The Use Of The Software By The Ordering Party. The Purpose Of The Development Services Is To Provide The Ordering Party With The Modification And Expansion Of The Ordering Partys Software, As Well As To Provide Services Supporting The Use Of The Software. By The Ordering Party.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Conditions Of Its Implementation, And The Obligations Of The Contractor Are Specified In: 1) Annex A - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Annex B - Price Form; 3) Annex No. 6 - Draft Provisions Of The Contract; 4) Annex No. 7 - Assessment Questionnaire Of The Entity Processing Personal Data; 5) Annex No. 8 - Agreement On Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data.4. The Contractor Will Provide Appropriate Technical And Organizational Measures Sufficient To Ensure The Security Of The Entrusted Personal Data And Compliance Of Personal Data Processing In Accordance With Applicable Law. 5. The Contractor Will Provide A 12-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Completed Subject Of The Order.
