Part 1 - Delivery Of Servers, Arrays, Switches And Power Supplies Along With Implementation 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of It Equipment As Part Of The Project Titled Ensuring The Required Level Of Cybersecurity And Information Protection At The Commune Office In Biesiekierz.2) The Task Is Co-Financed As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project Implemented From The European Funds For Digital Development 2021 2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System.3) The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Quantitative And Qualitative Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party.4) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Accompanied By All Accessories Necessary For Proper Use And User Manuals.5) The Functions And Parameters Cannot Be Worse Than Those Given In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6) All Devices Must Be Accompanied By All Accessories, Wires And Cables Necessary For Their Proper Use.7) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New.8) The Offer Must Include All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Order.9) The Contractor Undertakes To Remove Defects And Faults Free Of Charge For The Duration Of The Warranty. The Tasks Falling Within The Scope Of Warranty Activities Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor At Its Own Expense, Including In Particular Travel, Collection And Return Of The Repaired Equipment.10) The Documentation Of The Procedure Takes Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People For All Users.
