1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task: Reconstruction Of Selected Streets In Świnoujście: Ul. Bursztynowa - Part I, The Street Between Ul. Jaracza And Ul. Czeska - Part Ii (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Task). The Implementation Of The Order Being The Subject Of The Agreement Is Intended To: Prepare The Task For Implementation; Providing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Implementation Decisions Enabling The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works In Proceedings In Accordance With The Public Procurement Law, Including Submitting A Notification Of The Execution Of Construction Works To The Competent Authority And Obtaining A Certificate Of No Objection. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Support For The Ordering Party During The Procedure For Selecting Contractors For The Construction Works Of The Task, In Particular By Analyzing Requests For Clarification Of The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Will Consist Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Preparing Explanations.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Option Right To Commission The Contractor To Provide Authors Supervision Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation - Tasks.
