1.2.1 Task 1: Sale And Delivery Of Logistics Equipment To Zseiu In Łaziska Górnea. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Sale, Delivery And Commissioning Of Logistic Equipment For The Energy And Service School Complex In Łaziska Górne: Pallet Truck 120 X 55Cm 2.5T Hand Pallet Truck 2500 K - 1 Piecemetal Pallet Racks - 1 Piecetools - 5 Sets Service Cabinet With Tools - 5 Sets Pallet Truck With Mast Pallet Truck 1600 Mm 700 Kg - 1 Piece. Mast Transport Trolley Lifting 200 Kg - 1 Piece. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Task 1 Is Included In Annex No. 3A To Swz.B. The Contractors Obligation Is To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Annex No. 3A To The Swz (For Task 1, Its Unloading And Commissioning). C. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions. D. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused. The Devices Must Be Equipped With Legally Unused Software Enabling The Implementation Of All Assumptions Specified In The Specification. Licensed Exclusively To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Legality Of The Software And The Requested Service Modes. E. All Components Of The Device, I.E. Electronics And Mechanical Elements, Must Be Covered By A Full Warranty For The Offered Warranty Period. F. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Described In Task 1 Is 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. The Warranty Period Is Equal To The Warranty Period.
