The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Three-Way Tipping Van With A Diesel Engine As Part Of The Task Entitled: Purchase Of A Company Car For Pzd For The Purpose Of Supervising Road Infrastructure. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be In Accordance With, In Particular, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502) And Meet The Applicable Standards. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Technical And Quality Requirements Of The Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 4. Additional Requirements: 1) The Equipment Subject To The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Without Defects And Damage, Technically Efficient, 2) The Contractor, Together With The Car, Will Provide Documents Prepared In Polish: A) Certificate Approval,B) Service Inspection Book,C) Warranty Book,D) Exhaust Emission Certificate In Polish,E) Vehicle Use And Operation Manual,F) Set Of Documents Regarding Admission To Traffic In The European Union (Including The Ec Certificate Of Conformity),All Documents Necessary For Insurance And Registration Of The Vehicle
