Tenders Are Invited For Postal Services

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services To The Municipal Office In Sokółka In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns. The Scope Of Services Also Includes The Return Of Parcels To The Sender After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivering Them Or Handing Them Over To The Recipient.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, And In Particular In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws 2025.366, I.E.) And The Regulations Issued On Its Basis; 2) The Act Of June 14, 1960, The Code Of Administrative Procedure (Journal Of Laws 2024.572, I.E.), Hereinafter Also Referred To As Kpa;3) The Act Of November 17, 1964, The Code Of Civil Procedure (Journal Of Laws 2024.1568, I.E.);4) The Act Of June 6, 1997, The Code Of Criminal Procedure (Journal Of Laws 2025.46, I.E.);5) The Act Of August 29, 1997, Tax Ordinance (Journal Of Laws 2025.111. And Other Applicable Legal Acts Related To The Provision Of Services That Are The Subject Of The Order.3. The Services In Question Will Be Provided By Properly Preparing Postal Items For Sending By The Ordering Party And Preparing A Quantitative List Of Unregistered Items Sent And A List (Shipment Book) For Registered Items. The Reports In Question Will Be Prepared In Two Copies, One For The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Place Legible And Permanent Information On The Shipments That Clearly Identifies The Addressee And The Sender, Specifying The Type Of Shipment And The Fee Mark Or Information On How To Pay The Shipment Fee.4.
