1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Liquid Fuels For The Operation Of Motor Vehicles And Equipment Used By The District Roads Authority In Łuków - Road And Bridge District In Stoczek Łukowski, Ul. Kościelna 11: A) Pb 95 Unleaded Petrol In A Total Amount Of 1,500 L; B) Diesel Oil In A Total Amount Of 10,000 L. The Amounts Of Fuel Indicated Above Should Be Treated As Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Entire Subject Of The Order During The Term Of The Contract If Its Actual Needs Are Lower Than Those Ordered. If The Amount Of Fuel Purchased During The Term Of The Contract Is Less Than The Amount Presented, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Withdraw From Further Purchases Of Fuel Without Any Financial Consequences Or Compensation To The Contractor. 2. Fuel Delivery, In The Form Of Refueling The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles And Equipment At The Contractors Gas Station, Will Be Carried Out Successively Depending On The Needs Of The Road And Bridge Circuit In Stoczek Łukowski In The Cashless Sales System. The Contractor Will Keep Records Of Fuel Dispensed For Each Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles And Equipment. Settlement Of Purchased Fuels Will Be Made In A Cashless System, On A Monthly Basis, Based On The Settlement Documentation Prepared By The Contractor (Collective Receipt, Form Of Receipt, Etc.) Containing: Name And Surname Of The Driver/Operator, Registration Number Of The Refueling Vehicle, Date Of Refueling, Type And Quantity Of Fuel Refueled. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Place Of Delivery Is At Least One Gas Station Located At A Distance Not Exceeding 5 Km From The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party - Road And Bridge District In Stoczek Łukowski - 21-450 Stoczek Łukowski Ul. Kościelna 11). The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Store Fuel In Its Own Tanks.4. The Offered Fuel Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels And The Current Standards: Pn-En 228 (For Unleaded 95 Gasoline) And Pn-En 590 (For Diesel Oil). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Fuel Quality Certificate To The District Road Authority Upon Request. In The Event Of A Change In Applicable Quality Standards During The Term Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Adjust The Quality Of Fuels To The New Standards.5. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Quality Of The Fuel Sold, Subject To The Restriction Of Imposing Contractual Penalties And Costs Of Repairing Damage To Equipment And Vehicles Resulting From The Use Of Inappropriate Fuel By The Contractor, Inconsistent With The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels.6.
