3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic In The Scope Of Collection, Transportation And Delivery In Domestic Traffic (Throughout The Country, I.E. In Urban And Rural Areas) And Abroad, Including Registered Mail; Return Of Postal Items, Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office Of Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Parcels After Their Effective Delivery, As Well As The Contractors Obligation To Collect From The Ordering Partys Office Once A Day, From Monday To Friday, Except Saturdays And Public Holidays, The Ordering Partys Letter Items And Postal Parcels Between 2:00 P.M. And 3:00 P.M. Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Material Provisions Of The Agreement And Other Delivered Shipments By The Contractor, Not Listed In Annex No. 1 In Accordance With The Contractors Price List Valid On The Date Of Submission: For The Kowr Local Branch In Koszalin And Subordinate Local Sections.
