The Order Includes Preparing Opinions On The Value Of Real Estate In The Form Of Appraisal Reports And Carrying Out Other Studies For The Purposes Of Proper Real Estate Management.3. Part 1 Of The Order - Carrying Out Real Estate Valuations And Other Studies In Order To Carry Out The Tasks Of The Mayor Of Świętochłowice For The Housing Development Office, 4. The Scope Of Services To Be Performed Is Described For Part 1 Of The Order In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Separate Orders, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Order Will Include A Maximum Of 10 Tasks To Be Completed Within The Time Specified In The Price Calculation. 6. The Detailed Scope Of Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Price Forms, Which Are Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
